We inherited a flat together. How do we agree what it's worth?

An independent valuation gives all the heirs one neutral figure to work from, so one of you can buy out the others fairly, or you can agree a sale price together, without it becoming a family argument. We use the recognised ImmoWertV methodology and explain the result in plain English.

I want to buy out my co-owner (or be bought out). What do I need?

You need an independent market value (Verkehrswert) both sides accept as fair. Because we don't represent either party, our figure is one everyone can rely on, far harder to dispute than a number off a portal.

We're a GbR or business partnership splitting up. Can you help?

Yes. We value the jointly held property independently so the partners can divide or buy out fairly. We assess the property and its value; your Notar or lawyer handles the legal transfer.

Can I get it in English?

Yes, the report is in English (bilingual on request), with a call to walk you through it.
