Pricing questions

When do I pay?+
Payment is due upon booking confirmation. Corporate clients can arrange invoicing with net-14 payment terms.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Within 48h, 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged in full.
What if I need a follow-up inspection?+
Follow-up visits for the same property are discounted 30%. If the seller makes repairs based on our findings, we can re-inspect at a reduced rate.
Do you offer corporate or volume rates?+
Yes—partners referring 5+ inspections per quarter receive volume discounts. We also offer fixed corporate pricing for property management companies.
Is the inspection cost tax-deductible?+
If you're buying the property as an investment to rent out, the cost of your building inspection can typically be deducted as Werbungskosten (income-related expenses) on your German tax return. This doesn't apply to properties you'll live in yourself. Ask your Steuerberater for advice on your specific situation.
